These Terms of Service govern access to and use of kuogld.com and purchases made through the website. The website and online store are operated by Shanghai Muxilan Technology Co., Ltd. under the brand name kuogld. In these Terms, we, us and our refer to Shanghai Muxilan Technology Co., Ltd. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

1 Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or place an order. You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase products through it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2 Account and Contact Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete account, billing, contact and delivery information. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3 Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe materials, finishes, colors, dimensions, weight, care requirements, compatibility, assembly needs, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, manual measurements, natural materials and production tolerances may cause reasonable variations.

Product specific information controls over general collection or homepage language. Claims such as solid oak, natural linen, wool content, hand finished, handmade, watertight, safety backed or certified may be used only when accurate and supported by relevant supplier or testing records.

Customers must review dimensions, access routes and intended placement before ordering furniture or large decor. Follow all supplied assembly, wall mounting, anchoring, electrical and care instructions.

4 Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may verify payment, inventory, shipping eligibility, address details, quantity limits and suspected fraud before acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, a pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or a legal requirement. If payment was collected for a cancelled order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

A displayed price of zero or another obvious error does not create a right to purchase at that price. We will contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order.

5 Prices Payments and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, discounts and the final order total will be displayed before payment where applicable.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on our own systems.

6 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, charges, tracking procedures, duties and address requirements are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed at checkout.

Some furniture or oversized items may require special handling, multiple packages, curbside delivery or delivery appointments where stated on the product page or at checkout.

7 Returns Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Return and Refund Policy. The policy explains authorization, shipping responsibility, inspection, refunds, damaged items and exchanges.

8 Product Safety Assembly and Care

Use each product only for its intended purpose and follow all warnings and instructions. Customers are responsible for safe assembly, wall mounting, furniture anchoring, weight limits, bulb and voltage compatibility, and keeping small components away from children and pets where applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable installation, accidents, unauthorized repair, normal wear or failure to follow instructions may not qualify as a product defect, subject to mandatory law.

9 Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. Subject to applicable law, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use and adapt submitted content to operate and promote the store.

We may moderate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unrelated or infringing. We do not promise to publish every submission and will not label a review verified unless the verification basis is genuine.

10 Acceptable Use

You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with security or operation, transmit malicious code, collect information without authorization, infringe rights, abuse promotions or attempt unauthorized access.

Courts with competent jurisdiction in Shanghai, China will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law gives the customer the right to bring or defend a claim in another jurisdiction or under another governing law.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. This does not restrict any nonwaivable right or urgent legal remedy.
